Our service bills at time of service.
Payment for your services can be made with a valid credit card, check or cash. You hereby authorize Intermountain Mobile Service, Inc. [ISAMS, Inc.] to charge your credit card for such amounts due on your account.
If, for some reason, we are unable to process your credit card order, we will attempt to contact you by e-mail and we will suspend usage of your account until your payment can be processed.
We are not responsible for lost information or business loss due to a declined or expired credit card.
It is your responsibility to provide us with an e-mail address which is not at the domain you are signing up under. If there is ever a billing issue or we need to contact you, the primary e-mail address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the e-mail address on file is current or up to date at all times.
Account cancellations should be made a minimum thirty to forty-five days before the annual billing period, in writing or by an e-mail request to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can simply fill out our update information form on our website or , or fill out the update form to request to cancel.
Once we receive your cancellation we will confirm with you in writing or via e-mail before your account will be canceled.
You can cancel at any time but we do not issue any refunds for the remaining days of your prepaid annual fee.
We DO NOT condone spam which is defined as unsolicited bulk e-mail, often called junk mail. By sending e-mail only to those who have requested it, you are following accepted guidelines.
Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice.
Our company makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer from the use of this website. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using this website, you irrevocably consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Oregon.

If a Client requests a cancellation, the money for the requested transaction will be investigated and if warranted will be refunded.Multiple payment refunds will be taken under advisement and may be provided and must be within the scope of Intermountain Mobile Service, Inc. [ISAMS, Inc.],’s Refund Policy. A refund will also result in a cancellation of services.
CLIENTS' REFUND POLICY
Intermountain Mobile Service, Inc. [ISAMS, Inc.] has every incentive to keep Clients' happy by providing quality services.To ensure Client satisfaction, Intermountain Mobile Service, Inc. [ISAMS, Inc.], reserves the right to reverse an account, including but not limited to the following:
If the Client provides a valid reason for requesting a refund within sixty days of service;
If the Client provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;
In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents; or
For any other reason Intermountain Mobile Service, Inc. [ISAMS, Inc.], deems appropriate.
The Client may cancel services at any time. A cancellation means that no future billing is charged to the Clients’ account.
Abuse of the Refund Policy
Clients’ requesting serial or repeated refunds may be blocked from services.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of, and incorporated within, the Intermountain Mobile Service, Inc. [ISAMS, Inc.], Client Contract.As a condition of Intermountain Mobile Service, Inc. [ISAMS, Inc.], and using the Intermountain Mobile Service, Inc. [ISAMS, Inc.], Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund and Cancellation Policy and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within. If at any time you disagree with this Refund and Cancellation Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease all use of the Intermountain Mobile Service, Inc. [ISAMS, Inc.], Services and terminate your account in writing.Please note, however, that any transactions which occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
