It\u2019s stressful more than anything else. So we have an idea for this upcoming Valentine\u2019s Day:<\/p>\n<p>Turn off your cell phones,<br \/>\nturn off the TV,<br \/>\nturn on the stove,<br \/>\nand cook something exciting.<\/p>\n<p>Dedicate an entire night to food. Doesn\u2019t sound too terrible, right?<\/p>\n<p>Whether or not you have a significant other, use this day as an excuse to spend a few extra minutes stirring a pot over the stove. Treat yourself! Have brinner (breakfast for dinner). Make yourself a veggie stew with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thekitchn.com\/simple-sweet-cut-your-carrots-into-hearts-183782\">heart-shaped carrots<\/a>. Stir beet juice into a flour mixture and make <a href=\"http:\/\/honestfare.com\/sending-you-some-love-this-valentines-day-chocolate-lovanadas-recipe-giveaways\/\">pink empanadas<\/a>.
