Hence, when I learned you can make &#8220;egg white&#8221; foam using\u00a0garbanzo juice, I was anxious to see if a vegan souffl\u00e9 was possible. Spray a 9-inch pie pan or similar sized dish with non-stick spray. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Blend the first six ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Place inside a large bowl.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Drain the garbanzo bean juice into a medium-sized bowl. Save the garbanzo beans for another recipe, like hummus. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In a non-stick frying pan, saut\u00e9 onion until translucent along with the frozen or fresh spinach and any other veggies you may enjoy such as mushrooms. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the saut\u00e9ed vegetables to the tofu mix and stir thoroughly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Using a hand-held mixer, blend the garbanzo juice on high until it becomes foamy and can hold the peaks made when lifting up the mixer. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Using a spatula, pour the garbanzo foam into the large bowl and gently fold the foam into the tofu mixture. Once it is folded together (be careful to avoid stirring and not to over mix) pour into the prepared baking dish.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Bake for 45-60 minutes. Test the souffl\u00e9 using a knife.
