Add the quinoa to the pan and cover with vegetable broth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p> Season with cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt, then bring the mixture to a boil.
