Knead until the seasonings and salt are well incorporated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Roll the dough out onto a floured surface. Use your fingers to lightly press the garlic slices into the top surface of the dough. Bake the focaccia until the dough is puffed, blistered, and browned, about 8-10 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Remove the focaccia from the oven and lightly brush it with olive oil (optional).
